If that CRST recruiter pulled up your record and said you are disqualified either that person is not interpreting 383.51 correctly, there is a mistake somewhere in your records or you are not telling the truth about those convictions and your license status at the time. It is one of the three there is no other option. If it is a simple misinterpretation that's easily fixed by making application with another carrier. If there is a mistake in your records YOU will have to find out where it is and apply the proper fix. Fixing the last option is Prima facie. Est quod est.

On the PLUS side, CRST did you a favor! I seriously doubt most normal places will have a problem with something THAT old and prior to a CDL. I lost my license 8 times for almost everything prior to my CDL hasn't hurt me yet.MrBoogedy and HalpinUout Thank this. -
