Didn't take any pictures of my last load out but I did grab this picture of them unloading one of the pieces. The piece weighs 8800lbs. The loader did have the entire rear end floating in the air before I could get my phone out. The small lift can pick about 4-5k and the loader was able to hold about 6k on it's own as well. I stayed around for a while after they got it off the truck which they moved it slowly up the hill into their shop.

Easy Return Load. Pulled the little lift in our yard and towed it to town with my pickup to deliver. Local driver will deliver the Skytrak on Monday.

Man that had to be one tail have SOB. I think i would have loaded the skytrak the other way. That would put the heavy end as far forward as possible. Or maybe switched both pieces.

Dye Guardian and TripleSix Thank this.

I saw this at the truck stop. They sent a wrecker out later. Stupid little pine wood support broke on the side and bottom. Seems dangerous to use such skiny wood.

Are those 2" straps!!??? I don't see nearly enough straps for the WLL.

The way the load shifted I think he must have taken a right turn way too fast at an intersection.

    TripleSix Thanks this.

Ideally I would have switched them. The skytrak was the second pickup and it was pouring rain at the time so I didn't really feel like unchaining the lift. I only had to drive for about 8 hours this way to get home. Had about 32k on the spread according to my scales. After unloading the lift in the yard I moved the skytrak to the middle of the trailer so the local guy doesn't get too beat by it.

Couldn't have loaded it backwards or I would've been over height. Was sitting at 13'5" with it this way and the back of the boom was the tall part.

Originally I had a crate I was supposed to pick up in Baltimore but somebody messed up the height on it. Instead of 97" it was actually 110". Even with it at the very tail I was still 14' tall so I had to leave it behind:(. Wasn't happy either because I didn't did out until I had spent a whole day just trying to get into the port. It also would've paid significantly more than birth of these pieces.

Once I lost that crate they found the skytrak going to the same company back home so I stopped in Ohio on my way home Friday to grab it.
