Nice sjw rant there hero. You mention how people cant master English. Show me one nation where the poor/middle class speak with a mastery in that language. Knowing how to speak is not mastery, I am talking college level mastery. How about when you start getting into dialects, which is the correct one?

I live in the USA. We overwhelmingly speak English. When I was in the ME I learned passing Arabic because that is their overwhelmingly spoken language.

See how this works or are we going to derail this further into a debate on the virtues of multi culturalism aka globalism aka cultural marxist enforced eradication of western cultures and ideals in this nation under the false pretense of diversity and fee fee protection?

    Lmao
Arrogance is arrogance, nothing more. The sole purpose of language for one human being to communicate with another. If I find myself unable to communicate with someone I try not to be So arrogant that I expect them to be the one to change.

While i support the idea of learning more than one language, the idea that English is not our national language is laughable. It is. Deal with it. That said, if i visit another country for a vacation, i have no intention of learning another language. But if i intend to live and work there? #### straight im gonna learn passable, functional use of the primary language. To claim, i, a English speaking, native born American. Should learn the language of someone who came here, to work amongst us? Nope. Its not my problem. I sure wont be getting a job in Germany and demanding they learn English. Or whatever country you wish to insert. Jmo.

I find it arrogant to demand people lean someone else's language when they didnt move to another country. Based on that opinion, i should be able to move to japan and demand that everyone learn English to make my life easier.

And the assumption that everyone in other countries know English is false. In the highly traveled areas sure, its for the tourist dollars. But go in country and you will see a different world.
