    Ok thank you,guess that depends who youre talking to.Part of it is correct,i got along real good with my dispatcher and all of them but the pay is another story.

    At that time is was 25cpm with awhole lot of swapping and splitting loads.I did way more sitting then I did driving.

    My dispatcher hated me, but I was on a dedicated account. So, only one dispatcher in that office. As for pay, I took home $650-800 a week, I forget what gross was. But, for that money, I did 100% driver unload, no pallets, year round, regardless of weather.

    Very rarely I got to keep the load.always swap load with so and so to get that driver home.I got to the point I never looked forward to keeping a good run because I knew load planners would swap it out.
