I'm doing fine. My gross is down, but my CPM is up... go figure.

 

You said chaining with flatbed is too much work??...that's easy work....tapping can be a nuisance if the load is a pain but flat bed is great..

 

Not sure they're doing better where it's worth making 5-10 phone calls to get every load.

 

You make one or two calls to an agent. I don't know where you guys get these horror stories from.. Stop sitting at the front counter in the Petro lol. Grab you a booth way in the back

 

Heck i haven't even had to do that in a few months. I answer my phone when it rings and glance at the load board a couple times a day. Now if i wad out running the road instead of staying in my area, id have to call agents and look at our board more often. That would cost me maybe 20 minutes a day.

 

Right... Right before I left I had good connect Drew.. He would call me. It was either yes or no lol..

 

That's cool. I was just being sarcastic. And I've also seen you say on many occasions you don't do long dead heads.

Believe it I do understand your complaints. Even when if you are making your revenue goals it really shouldn't be this much of an effort to do so.

 

5-10 calls to an agent is still less time on the phone then one call to support staff at SNI

 

Evidently they have another new policy...if you find a load on the weekends no matter if it's middle of the day and the load info looks suspect and you call in to want to verify if the times are correct they will no longer do that on weekends...either book it as it is or not...
