My problem is that medical staff can get a normal reading when I'm on BP meds. As soon as I leave the doctors office, the BP plummets. Which means on BP meds my reading is typically too low. Without them, I'm fine until I visit a doctor. Then it only spikes while I'm there. So if I take BP meds. I risk my heart stopping because it brings my BP down too low. So I could take BP meds to pass the test but risk dieing the rest of the time.

Here is an article on White Coat syndrome if you have time to read it. It can explain it better than I can.

I don't know if a fit bit or similar device monitors BP. Maybe showing a Dr this would help.
