No raise your first year, but your second anniversary on should be a raise as long as no problems on performance. And yes I agree, way too low.

i would love to work for abilene but cpm too low. minimum wage truckin at its finest. theres dozens of truck companies paying .50 which is wht i like. u kno any on your end that pays tht much with govern trucks at least 65-70 mph?

so far, abilene just keeps stayin on my list. every truck companies I've been lookin at does not meet my standards. im hearin too much bad than good. but abilene seems good every where i go, but their cpm too low for me. after taxes on a good week at .38, im seein $650-700 a week. which is good but not good enough. i read on their website if routed in the northeastern region bump it by .10 which is then .48 cpm. whts the chances of me going in the north east at least 50% of the time. too low, majority of these companies dnt want to pay up at all. so i doubt il be goin in the north east area often

.50cpm sounds wonderful..but when you start looking at them and talking What they don't tell you is that most of them cut youre miles way back so you're averaging just enough to make the same amount as the guys making .38cpm. So many guys and gals just pay attention to the cpm part and don't look at the rest. Not saying all are like that...but just look into it carefully.
