Nope and nothing wrong with speed limiters either is there? Both are backed by the ATA.

 

Im aganist speed limiters, but like I habe said before, an eld is just a recording device. It will not force you to run when your tired. It doesnt put a gun to your head. It simply just sits there. Learn to manage time and trip plan and you wont have issues. I made more money with eld then paper. Made me safer cause dispatch could force me to drive and log illegally.

 

No surprise . Older trucks just went up in value even more.

 

Apparently you don't remember Keith bissel of the Tenn puc or the battles won against states that tax the hell out of trucks .

Actually I don't. That's why I asked. According to the link posted by @Sublime , 2 out of 3 that you listed occurred well over 20 years ago. When I was in elementary school, issues regarding the trucking industry were not a top priority for me.

I agree but as was pointed out to me by a previous poster he had no reason to care about our battles when he was in high school

 

Loved the Minnesota thing. Wished i could have witnessed it. But the company i was with at the time never want farther then texas/colorado
