I'll look into it, yes he is a vet. But divorced. IF I hear from you later today I will speak with my ex about mom.. I think you just offered a path that might be nicer than what will happen once the state is formally notified.

I hope the Neighbor kid is motivated to know his strength and youth saves the older ones from a great trial of pain and tribulation of that task.

Have you looked into a small blade for your lawn tractor maybe? or a snow throwing attachment? Just a thought. We had a 20 horse lawn tractor (Different than a standard store lawn MOWEr...) that had the ability to do some work in our day. Especially timber. I loved timber work. Made me beefy. But... time marches on.

My sister took care of all the paperwork because I was always on the move working. Got a copy of his service record from St. Louis and if you recall that place burned several years ago and many records were destroyed. His service record was found and the pages have burned edges. We needed a copy of his service record as part of the application. It's really fascinating to look at and also his picture is in there from those Army days.

lets not jump to conclusions.he offered to shovel and were paying him.just like the yard work he offered.so when my brother doesn't want to I ask him.If he didn't want to I certainly wouldn't even try and talk him into it.but he's 11 and likes money.he does my other neighbor's yard every other week

@Burrito Warrior I will second what has already been said. Perhaps this isn't the right job for you. Your grievances seem to be that they make you run hard. That's something most drivers like. If you want to run 1800 miles a week go with Werner or swift. Maybe try to change you mindset up and enjoy the little things. Otherwise the ever persistent misery of this industry will wear you thin...

Sorry but I don't feel like reading 10 pages. Can you tell me if they still use paper logs?

Paper logs are on the way out. I don't know exactly when the Feds are working on it to finally kill the comic books. I intend to buy a few kellers at our stop for a memento.

Isn't there an exception if the truck is 07 or older?
