It didn't get deleted, but it got edited because it was a copy/paste of a recruiter's advertisement. We left the pertinent information about the job, but took out the contact information. You could probably find that on your own with a search.

Run!!!! I worked for them for almost 4 yrs, been gone about a year. By the time I left they had become the most sorry bunch of mofo's ever. Their VP of trucking is from SWIFT and senior management is from Stevens trucking. They treat people horribly, could absolutely care less about you and don't really care if you're profitable. When there's lots of work you may not notice these things but when it's slow that's when you see what kind of company this really is. At one time I estimated their turnover at around 400%. Something else to consider you get paid once a month and it is possible to work everyday and be available 4 dispatch every day and make $0 profit for an entire month. The fixed expenses that they charge you are insanely High. The fixed expenses added up to around $6,200 a month when I left plus your fuel that you use. So if you hauled $500 a day worth of loads 5 days a week and spent $1,000 a week on fuel you would gross about $10,000 a month and your expenses would be about $10,000 a month leaving you $0 settlement. When there's lots of oil and plenty of loads for everyone you can make money. But remember they treat people like crap and don't care if you make money so when it's slow or they've lost customers because they are crappy company and there aren't enough loads for everyone it's very easy to make nothing or even be negative and all the company money after working for a month. I seen this happen to myself a few times and to a lot of new guys. When I left I was one of most senior contractors so I had it a little better than most. If you have plenty of savings and not a lot of bills and maybe don't have a family you could probably ride these ups and downs. And might even make a little money but if you've got a family and bills to pay these people will eat you up spit you out and leave you bankrupt and broken hearted. I saw it happen to more people that I can ever remember.

It's been a couple of years since I hauled for a Bridger contractor in nd.. the contractor is a good employer..straight up guy.

Bridger seemed to be about the worst for constantly threatening firing people..I'm an old guy..have always been considered a good hand and have never been fired. Nice equipment..nice housing..I left because I just got tired of the constant threats.

I had two good Co workers lease on with them..good guys..good work ethics..they both ended badly.

The info posted above about the expenses is accurate and the recruiters will promise the moon..the difference is..your legally on the hook and they can and will put you in collection if your settlement doesn't cover every free kin thing they can find wrong with the truck after your fired or quit.

Two years ago they had lots of work and after orientation you left in a brand new truck pulling a brand new trailer....since then they've been sold and the trucks and trailers have hard use..and while you'll never own the equipment..the contract puts you 100 percent liable for all repairs..not just little stuff or normal wear items..all of it. Trannys..rearends..

Good luck..originally I drank the kool-aid and planned to get my own Bridger truck...now even if I wasn't liable for major repairs..I wouldn't do it..no benefits..constant threats and in North Dakota in 2014 bridges rates sucked compared to any others. . They paid the third party haulers quite a bit more then there own company lease/owners.

Heard same thing as what Laserman said. Looked at them 3 years ago and ran away because of high fixed costs. Oil is very fickle, price drops and nobody hauls.....$6000 grand comes awful hard when your sitting or getting one load a day.

    Not for me...
