how are things going with school or out on the road.
I for one am trying to find a place to park a trailer before I can start school. so far truck stops are a no go.
one truck stop wanted $22.00 a day. seems like a lot. I don't know.
if I'm home for three days that's $66.00 wow.
    looking into other options.
other truck stops in the area said"no way"
did not know there would be a problem like this. learn some thing new every day.

Just a thought, If the truckstop is close enough leave the tractor and trailer there and have someone pick you up and drop you off. Truckstops will know if a trailer is left but they have so many trucks in and out they would have no idea. Also checks for a local industrial compex and ask some of the business if they would mind. You state where you live. Good luck. Roehl is a good choice.

    IRISHGYPSY and bobfiore Thank this.

When I told Roehl I was parking my truck at the truck stop due to the seasonal frost restrictions, they required me to get written permission to leave my truck there, just in case it was towed.

    bobfiore Thanks this.

A main part of getting home is where you live. If you live along a major freight lane it is much easier for Roehl to get you home. Now as far as the 11 out thing goes. I ran that for over a year and I live outside Atlanta which is a major frieght lane. They just never seemed to be able to get me home in 11 days. I spent closer to 13 out everytime. I hated when I came home they would claim 3 days home is 72 hours. So if you got in on a Friday at 3pm you had better be ready by Monday at 3pm. So in all reality you only got 2 full days off. The recruiter may try to tell you this is not true but they would only be lying. Good luck

i am currently looking at Roehl myself. they pay for everything at the school except food, correct?

I am currently in SC and wonder about the home time myself.
