Intermodal - How's everyone doing?

If I had guess, it was routed 94 through the city to WI or 94 to 41 and into WI. It's free that way, but it'll take all day depending on the time of day.
I run whatever route is fastest, company pays all tolls with their ipass. We even run the skyway if we have to.

JB, Schneider, Swift All do.
I actually haul ISO tanks and the company I lease on to pays all tolls.

 

JB/Schneider/Swift can pay the owner op's tolls because they rape you on the rate - don't hear about to many companies anymore paying tolls outside of the mega

Keeping you guys busy? Last Saturday was mandatory overtime for company drivers and this Saturday is also mandatory. I'd rather not work but not much of a choice.

 

Yeah, we've been busy, I took it easy today though, only did one run by choice....old age catching up I guess....

Looks like we get Thursday off and then back to work Friday and Saturday, how about you other guys in Chicago area?

The couple of customers I was at today both said they are closed Thursday and Friday. Maybe Friday will only be a couple hours of work for us?

I've never been to the rails on Black Friday, pretty busy or is it a ghost town?
