Right, I figured that. I've been reading through this thread from the start and am up to the point where a driver got caught peeing out behind a trailer. Pretty dumb thing to do especially at a DC. The OP said he got 3 stepped, just wondered how long he had to walk on eggshells before gaining some security back.

Haven't been on a step in 20 years but I think it's 6 months to drop off isn't it?

 

When does the next pay period start? I'm only a week into my wait for my background check to come back and am wondering when they might possibly set up orientation.

 

I completed the background check authorization online and my profile still says final interview. Should it have changed?

 

Next possible date will be 2 weeks from next monday.

 

Nov 28 next orientation start. Start of pay period is on a Monday, every other week. You can mark calendar and see anticipated possible start dates.

 

If I remember correctly, it'll only change after they're done with all the background checks to "post offer checks completed", then you wait for the call. Mine came about 10 days after it changed, and then my orientation was 6 weeks after they called. 2 months exactly from my road test to orientation date. I know it's different for every class, and each D.C. Hang in there, enjoy the suspense. Lol.

 

Any news of any Brookhaven Mississippi openings at the first of the year or Hammond, Louisiana ?
