And too boot I got a parking ticket in a CMV years ago in VA and it was mandatory I appear in court because I have a CDL.

 

Not being a smart ### but how will a parking ticket follow you? It doesn't go on any kind of public record.

 

Everything we do is kept on record but more specifically all CDL drivers have a Hire Right ( formerly DAC ) report that all companies report too.

Also it will be kept in the personnel file of FW at Schneider.

Anything associated with a drivers CDL is recorded. Now if it's not written to FW personally but to SNI then it won't reflect on his CDL however I believe he said he spoke with the LEO so I'd bet it was written to him.

 

The magas love Hire rite but many small/med carriers don't report jack to them....

 

Even Megas don't care about parking tickets.

Yeah I'm not sure who the ticket is written too obviously I assumed the truck but don't care enough to go back and check.

His refusal on two threads to divulge the amount of the ticket just tells me it's a trivial amount and he's just seeking attention

 

I'm not here to debate that. Your other thread about your $25 parking ticket has given you all the debate you were looking for.

 

Just chalk it up to all of the money you have saved by shopping at Walmart while trucking in the past instead of paying the ripoff prices at truck stops for cases of water,etc
