I signed up with crst. Went to school at jtech institute. I've been here 5 weeks due to them screwing up. I went to orientation last week, they told me last week that my drug test wasn't valid on Thursday when I should have been hired. On monday they said my drug test was valid. Which makes no sense. I went today for a drug test, first time they told me my piss was hot and told me I needed to be observed. I'm not having someone watch me take a piss, it just won't come out. it's 35 degrees outside this morning, and was wearing a bunch of jackets.
My question is, I have my CDL but I signed a contract with crst.
Do I pay jtech for schooling and pay crst for hotel and such?
What companies do you guys recommend?
Drug test isn't a problem, I'm not fond of another man watching me.
Clean driving record,no criminal record, just no driving experience. Looking for advice, thank you all.

Just take the drug test if it's not a problem. If you refuse it's as bad as a fail.
If that is what you're concerned about- your post was a little confusing, so if I got that wrong I apologizetscottme Thanks this. -
I already got a refusal to take it. I can't take it back.

You've got a few problems going on here. CRST is notorious for preventing drivers from getting jobs that signed their crappy contract and then left before honoring it. Not saying it's impossible, but their contract seems to cause drivers more problems finding work for drivers that break it than others. For whatever reason.
Second, the refusal. This is gonna be tough. Not impossible- it's never impossible, but definitely tough.
Start applying like crazy. -
Why did you refuse?

I wasn't too keen on having a guy shave my arm pits for the hair follicle test but when it comes to drug tests you just do what they tell you to do. A refusal is a big deal. As far as them watching you pee, at other jobs nobody sat in front of the toilet and watched me go. They stood in the corner and stared at the wall or outside the door and told me not to flush. They dont want to watch you either. Lose the modesty next time. Good luck with that refusal.
