I don't understand you having a contract with CRST is you already have a cdl from another cdl school.
CRST probably hit your DAC also.
Contact TransAm or Carolina Cargo and tell them you didn't refuse; it's just that no urine would come out because some guy was staring at your crotch. Do the online application before a phone call.
A refusal is really a big red flag with most companies, but maybe a second chance company will take you, but you'll still have to pee in a cup.
Maybe find a small outfit that doesn't use DAC, but they will still probably call CRST about job verification. CRST isn't supposed to tell them anything but the dates you worked there.
Also, look at Craigslist; sometimes a one truck outfit is looking for a team driver. One guy had a huge number of traffic tickets and no one would hire him. He applied with a couple dozen outfits on Craigslist and finally an owner-operator hired him to run teams with him.

If when notified about your piss being too warm and having to retake the drug screen, everyone could have helped.
If you had asked about a refusal, everyone could have helped.

From the way I understood it is that it wasn't a matter of him trying and not being able to perform with someone in there. Seems like he said no right off the bat. Doesn't matter much now though.

They watch you? As in they are staring at your genitalia while you provide the sample?

Or are they in the room and you have your back turned to them while you provide the sample?

 

Do you know of anyone that either failed and refused and went through a SAP? Perhaps you can get them to chime in.

 

He said the first test was hot. Does that mean it came back as a positive or that the urine temperature was too high.

The reason they watch is because of people cheating. In prison they watch very closely. There were people who could sell their urine. Others would use a bag and a tube to fill it in the cup. The bag was placed under the arm pit to keep it at the right temperature. There is a product called clear that is suppose to help pass test.
