Then why did you refuse the test? Honestly. You knew you'd have to test. Who cares if someone you'll never see again watches?

Go home find another line of work it's not the end of the world.You can come up with 100 excuses bottom line you refused a drug test.dont think anyone will touch a new driver and a drug test refused You might want to start being honest with your self.

That won't even matter. He'll have to go thru the SAP program at this point and in order to do that you have to be employed. New CDL holder, zero experience, and a failed/refused DOT drug test on his record is about as close to the end of a trucking career as you can get.

I hate to even keep beating up on the OP. He made a costly mistake. Like Six said, I just wish he would've researched all this on this site BEFORE this happened

 

My man, you are screwed...royally...and you did it all to yourself. There are any number of companies that would have overlooked the CRST, hell, the company I'm quitting should rename itself to I Quit CRST Under Contract, but like it was said earlier, new driver+no experience+ refused drug test=screwed. And the fact that you haven't "touched in several months" isn't that inspiring either.

 

There is the problem. You tested hot as in failed. Just get it and go find another industry

 

Personally I'd believe the too hot deal was the temperature because some people believe if they heat it up its better to be a little hot than way too cold.

I mean I don't enjoy people watching me piss but being broke is a lot worse in my opinion. Not only did it cost you a job it also put you in however much debt for the schooling.

No one knows the whole truth about the situation except you. If you did try to beat the test then you should look towards other avenues of employment that doesnt require as much responsibility.

If it's a false positive then be honest at your next interview and if they don't do hair tests offer to cover the cost of one yourself.

 

As far as the temperature goes- if your urine is straight from you, to the cup, to the collector temperature has nothing to do with it. The only way we could even have any control over the temperature is if we're tampering with it.

And in reference to the highlighted portion of the post, well, they're really isn't much of a chance of a "next interview". Once you check "yes" in that box that asks about failure or refusals on DOT drug screens your app pretty much goes into the trash bin. There really isn't much opportunity to provide your own hair tests.
