I have read quite a few posts and threads on here and I have noticed one commonality: it seems a lot of drivers have a bias against Volvos. I'm wondering why that is. I personally think they the ugliest of the big rigs but I have also heard that they have a really good ride and build quality. Can you please give me your opinion? I'm going to be looking for a used truck in order to become an owner operator and I'm wondering if I should consider Volvo or just look for something else.
Why hate Volvos?

The only thing I have against Volvo is all the bright lights they have running on the front, although will have to say the most comfortable of rides..beats the heck out of my classic.
