Abilene Motor Express....A New Place To Call Home

AKA why say something once when you can say it 15 times .

 

Five separate automatic messages related to Boar's Head, each repeated three times.

Dropped an empty at Boar's Head in Groveport and picked up a full reefer. The contents are headed to Austin, but they don't have to be there until Monday, so I have been instructed to drop the trailer in the West Memphis yard. This will be the first time I've been to the West Memphis yard since coming out of training.

Currently holed up in a tiny little Pilot outside of Louisville, KY. I had 2:47 on my drive clock when I stopped. But I only got 2 hours sleep last night and 3 hours sleep the night before, so I was starting to feel a little extra crispy around the edges. Figured it was time to call it a night.

 

Stopping early means you can get a head start on the holiday traffic tomorrow . I shut down at 6pm with over 3hrs left for just that reason.

 

Ya, thinking someone is going WAY overboard with the messages... ugh... like anyone is going to read them.

 

That moment when you're crawling into bed and just as you're settling down you hear the reefer kick in and you remember that you forgot to put it in continuous mode so it won't be waking you up all #### night.
