Best advice work for someone else save your money buy a truck outright and lease on with the company you work for.
If it is a smaller company you can learn the ins and outs so when you get your truck you know a little bit about the businessrabbiporkchop Thanks this. -

Being you live in the tampa area I would bet you work for daniel mullins or transphos? In jan 2014 i sold my paid for semi and spent 90k on a used dump truck and over the next 16 months i paid a $1,950 monthly payment ,over 15k in repairs the first year including a rear end ,clutch, motor mounts , axle , 2 sets of 10 tires and 1 set of brakes, also countless days off due to the florida rain. So in short i spent 32k on truck payments 15k repairs and prob about 15-20k in days off from weather or truck being down. i grossed 93k working for transphos what a joke! So just before i went bankrupt i sold my truck back to the dealer and they handed me a check for $3,600. Oh i also put 30k down on the truck. so out of pocket in 16months $97,000 grossed 93k and adjusted income was around 25k 'bring home" after all expenses. so i lost around 50k not including my expenses.
If i where you i would run! just my 2 centsDrDieselUSA, spyder7723, Ruthless and 1 other person Thank this. -
Wow! Well you win some you lose some! Thats just makes us wiser as human beings..

LOL that's for sure and I definitely lost that one. But you never know until you try and I gambled and it didn't pay off. But had I not done that I wouldn't be where I'm at now so I guess it was a stepping stone , a very expensive stepping stone lol.RookieJ1987 Thanks this.
