You need to be connected to a Hot Spot in order for it to download the updates.

When you did the procedures you followed step by step? Esp this.

    9. Tap on .Navi.
    10. You should see a file called "navi_version.txt."
    11. Long Press on this file.
    12. You should see a pop up, tap on Delete File.
    13. Tap on Delete on next Pop up.

When you got to this step, after you pressed Register, did you wait or did you start using the Truck GPS App?

    34. VERIFY before you click on "Register", bottom right.
    35. You should get an "Updates Available." (Size 1.6mb)

Let's concentrate on yours and not others.. You may end up going down a path that I do not know about if they offer suggestions.

Did you delete the file? IF you do not delete this file you will not see the new installs/downloads. The E-Mail does not matter.

    9. Tap on .Navi.
    10. You should see a file called "navi_version.txt."

Do the Procedure again from step one. Something did not go correctly. Make sure that file is deleted. If not it will not do then installs you need.

Do you have a High Speed Hot Spot?

    Please note -...

If in your serial number for the TNDT-70 or the TNDT-80, if you see a "B" after the 70 or 80, you are up to date already and do not and will not see the update to install the version or Maps.
