While I'm admittedly not the best at reading people, I have discovered that people who pull these kind of stunts tend to completely flip the victim scenario. In his eyes, he blames those who went unpaid for the failure of his company, and sees himself the victim.

I got burned once by this type, and saw the signs early at another place, and thankfully abandoned ship long before anyone else even wondered where the life preservers were stored.

Not young, well to someone threat served in korea I'm young, but compared to most drivers in our industry I'm rather old. i just don't watch a lot of tv/movies. Always something else going on that takes precedence. I know who uma thurman is, and I've seen a couple movies with her in it (gattica being my favorite). Just not catching this specific reference.
