He sure did sugar coat everything, but then he kept calling me and adding pick ups, i was up to 6 as bad as it sounds if they were all in my area then no probelm, but not running all over the state. With the stress levels yesterday i just didnt need it and told him to haul it himself, especially after i ran the numbers. His words are "well you cant do that!!!!" I said "buddy, my truck, my trailer, my signs, i can do whatever, whenever, and how ever i want it"

You're right but i dont see it happening.

 

At times, I feel this is the goal of all politicians.

Everyone here... and everywhere... should read the info on the FairTax proposal in Congress now (73 members now back it)... neither candidate will even talk about it... but it would answer a lot of our problems, starting with eliminating the IRS entirely, and eliminating all fed. taxes, income and all embedded taxes. This alone would put (depending upon your income tax bracket) 20-25% back into every paycheck. All federal taxes replaced with ONE retail tax of 23%. Cost of goods remain the same because embedded federal taxes in everything you purchase amount to 23%. There are 2 books out that describe how it works, why it works. Very enlightening and well thought out... not just an idea but they show you how and why it will work... crunching the numbers for you.

Politicians hate it because wo the Fed tax to play with, loopholes can not be designed to give corporations tax breaks in order to get money and support for the politicians... thus... kiss the lobbyists goodbye as well.

Before you argue against it... read about it. It's better than what we have now, for sure.

Just my opinion... I don't work for it... just support the idea of LESS fed. govt.... starting with doing away with the IRS sounds good to me.

 

That too is somewhat debatable as well.
