    you're bobtail or is you're mentor bobtail? granted he may have some faults however here's one on your part if you're in your mentors truck.

    I am sitting in his tractor in bobtail parking, while he's out 3 hours away drinking and ####ing chicks and seeing his family and turning down loads.

    I live in this thing and he just passes through every few days for a day or two. So I am bobtail.

    unless you're enjoying that time alone id move on but don't take off in his truck. Uber it or whatever if you do. let your company know you want another to finish up.. first

    Instead your posting on a forum?

    This is the failure of the newbie, one of the problems I try hard to avoid is a lack of communications. And this is what happens when people can't understand that they will never go anywhere in a company or get frustrated and blame the company for something, they don't communicate in a meaningful way.
