I am quite sure that every school and instructors are different. As for Trenton, you can expect homework daily. And fair warning, don't ever be late getting to class in the morning. Bill is a fantastic human being but he will give you hell for hours if you are even one minute late.

Did they say the pay after training yet, was it a company wide pay raise?

It's supposed to be a raise across the board. I thought they were gonna send a message out yesterday, but it looks like we won't find out until next week.

  6. I was told by the driver recruiter when I called that it was going to be 41cpm

It is for trainees, but I'm equally interested in what we experienced drivers are gonna be bumped up to.

So if they are now offering .42 a mile for new students they've got to be offering at least .44 a mile for someone with a yr experience, I'd guess? There HAS to be a catch to all this lol.

That's what I was thinking, some sort of small print we haven't seen yet. And like you said, if brand new students are earning that much, what will the 1 yr and above experienced levels go to?

Ya I'm very curious lol. Hell I just left a month ago for a smaller company right by my house running regional home every weekend and only reason I left was because my go home weeks were killing me. Paying $250 per week in child support for 3 kids and weeks I'd go home I'd bring home $100-150 while weeks I stayed out id bring home $650-750 so my average weekly bring home suffered. But hell they want to offer me .44 I'll come run regional for them and be home every weekend lol. Opie said keep his number close and to just call if wanted to come back lol
