It's the brain wizards at Swift's drive like we tell you to machine. It does help explain their less then outstanding reputation out on the road.FerrissWheel, cnsper, 4mer trucker and 2 others Thank this. -
How did the winter driving simulator and had a collision with a four wheeler that ran into my trailer because I was doing 45 miles an hour on the highway. apparently it was my fault because I didn't have my 4-way flashers on.
I had my turn signal on trying to change lanes. Told him to set me up with a 13 speed for the sim as well, but he refused lol.
Anyway... now I'm sitting in Lancaster trying to get a load going anywhere West because they aren't having securement this week or apparently next week, so I'm still stuck pulling Vans and reefer. I have a friend who is having a load repowered here tonight but they told me I couldn't take it going within 50 miles of where I'm trying to take my home time because it's "a team load"
1334 miles, 40.75 hours to deliver. Not sure how that is a team load.FerrissWheel, passingthru69 and Lepton1 Thank this. -
They have to keep the shuttle drivers busy, so it is slim pickings for solo drivers. Get a load to Laredo. Lots of loads headed to El Paso, Phoenix, or San Diego.FerrissWheel Thanks this. -
How much is multi stop pay for a company driver? -

This is a dry van load going to to Sam's Clubs in Colorado, as I still have more securement to do and they're not doing the classes until after Christmas. Just need to call my DM.
Trying to figure out how to make this load. Now it's snowing and I will be crawling the 380 miles there. Can't deliver early to Walmart or its a service failure. 8 or so hours of driving, two live unloads 3.5 hours apart, a fuel stop, a 30 and a pretrip.
Also Lancaster didn't have chains except for super single. Gonna be a helluva day. Next stop will be the nearest terminal for chains lolpassingthru69, FerrissWheel and Lepton1 Thank this. -
Check COtrip website to find out where chain laws are in effect before you get there.RedRover Thanks this. -
Fortunately my DM is flatbed and out to of Laredo. Hopefully their reputation for being cool is warranted lol.
