Run don't sign the the contract go get a good company job.
The choice program has been completely destroyed.
The biggest problem currently is the load board is constantly loaded up with cheap freight. Schneider is being very tight with good paying freight.
Granted freight capacity is down too and that's part of the problem but unless you've already been here a year or two and know the the load board you'll be lucky if you clear 800 a week.
The Schneider CHOICE program is no longer the place to be.
Will it ever turn around?
My answer.... Not likely with the IPO
IMO the way things have gone Schneider no longer wants lo drivers to make any money worth talking about.


They only want the lease drivers to make enough to pay the lease but no enough to be able to save enough also to buy out the truck.
Again this is just my opinion
