What is meaning is coming out of the house out of Wichita is a bad Market so essentially cheap Freight coming out but you should get decent Freight going into

 

Take this man's advice... The program isn't good like it used to be i don't care who tries to sugar coat it for you.. The appt times and windows are ridiculous and the rates suck. Unless you have someone already here that can teach you fast you'll gonna struggle. Just opinion.. And no I'm not trying to sway you away this is just my assessment.

 

I do have several people already there that are offering to teach me how to work the board

 

Nothing stays the same. It's just harder now. You will have to be off your rockers, to leave this program and go drive van somewhere else.

 

I agree if you're already here and know the board....
Coming on now is IMO a mistake especially this time of year.
If I'm not mistaken your paid off (truck) not only that you've been here quite awhile and know the board inside an out.
Your view of things here are a bit different.
For those on a lease it's a lot more than just a little harder now.

 

You better hope they actually know what their talking about.

 

You don't have a truck payment no more so your kind of biased.. With a lease payment or any kind of truck payment over 1100 a month things become not so biased lol.. Yes the convenience of being home makes this program cool but there are other Van true owner operator companies that the money here matches and surpasses

 

In addition to this hopefully they aren't drivers that are still stuck in the COMPANY DRIVER MILES MILES MILES MENTALITY.

 

Sounds as if he's already committed to coming just wants those already here to spill the secrets or tricks to making it work now.
