    I did at first, 40 years doing the same job makes it a strange to be on my schedule instead of everybody else's. Now not so much, got my motorcycles to enjoy and can take off whenever the mood strikes me for the most part.

    I'm retired for now because of health reasons and I don't miss at all In fact I love not driving for the industry.

    I've spoke with many lease operators during my time driving all I have to say is glad no companies suckered me into leasing.All you have to do is read on here TTR how many have failed.In my opinion I would say leasing is a very profitable business for the carrier but not the driver.It could also be many of the lease operators are new drivers and don't have a clue about their company and not business savvy.I think drivers should be a company driver and get some exp in the industry before taking a gamble on leasing.

    That's why I quit, after I quit I concentrated on getting healthy, now I feel great. Truck driving takes a toll on your body.
