The money is ok but could be much better with less labor and delivering produce there's not much work in the winter. Class B trucks ect.

Class A Class B does not matter it's all over 26,001 pounds. Although Class B cannot run loaded Class A's

Ive had snooty employers discriminate against my Class A because they have class B trucks to fill. (The fact that TBH Concrete in Maryland deliberately had a problem with my deafness was beside the point.) They called me over qualified. I say BULL____ I ended up leaving that cursed yankee state. They can burn it being so stuck up and snooty. A driver is a driver is a driver. Sheesh. I ended up doing good work for TWO seperate Concrete plants here in Arkansas. what a Blessing.

With my story out of the way, you say you got Family Situation. Stay home do your hourly work replacing gaurdrails. It is a righteous work and no shame in it. Relatively mindless so you can ponder your own problems and stories as you pass the hours on the rail.

If you had NO family I would say hit the road jack. But not with family or wife. Especially one who hates you running about the USA in a truck spending money that could have gone to bills of the house.

I'm ok with driving a class b truck but would rather drive class A. Both jobs i was offered are class A as far as I know.

Have you ever done the guardrail job btw? I say I want to drive class A because tractor trailer experience seems to open many many more doors than class b experience.
