There is a driver who has a jackknife 3 years ago. Since then he worked for me and drove my truck which was leased on to a carrier. Exactly when the 3 years were over, he rolled over my truck. He was heavy with paper rolls and he was (according to satellite report) a little over the posted speed limit.
Other then this, for the past 3 years, he had been a great driver for me. Took excellent care of the truck.
Would you hire someone like this to drive your truck?

How did he roll it? On a ramp? Swerving to avoid a carful of kittens and babies? I feel that this knowledge would help my judgement of this driver.

No he is not a relative.
He rolled it on a curve, nothing came in front of him, the satellite said he once braked hard.Lepton1 Thanks this. -
Well we all make mistakes. The main question is will your insurance company be willing to insure him after the rollover and DOT recordable accident. If they say yes, and you wanting to keep him, I would give them one last chance and tell them if you have any kind of incident, ticket, late delivery, anything within the next 3 years, they re gone
