    Lets see.
1999 bought first truck.....no traction control.(cheap fleet version no nothing on it)
    2015 bought 3°truck.
More hp more gizmo's paid 3000$ less.
Should i worry if i get the gizmo's?

    Sorry wrong.
The ref works just fine after tilting.
I will add it is designed solely for being in a truck.
So maybe they adapt the tubing.

I will be the first to admit that these technologies are impressive. However, I see what its doing to the general populace. The ability to think logically and on-the-fly is rapidly disappearing because of these technologies. Take a look at the following examples (yes, some are from the automotive world):

-Blindspot indicators: No need for shoulder checks or mirrors, the computer says its safe for me to change lanes.
-Backup sensors: No need to use my mirrors, the computer says there's nothing behind me.
-Self parking: No need to learn how to parallel park, the computer does it for me.
-Adaptive cruise: No need to be aware of my surrounds, the computer will take over while I browse FaceBook.
-Traction/stability control: No need to drive for road conditions, the computer will keep me on the road.

While the intention of these technologies was to assist the driver, it only serves to remove critical thinking skills, logical thinking because EVERYONE depends on the computer to think for them. The dumbing down of today's world right there.

You cannot blame technology for the dummies in the world.
    They do that to themselves.
    But i get your point.
My point is that those gizmo's make a hard job easier.
They are tools just like a airwrench.
They do not replace me or my responsebility to be in control off my truck.

Should worry why the value of a 2015 fell so ! The 2015 was twice the price of the 99 new . The used market is not stupid . Ask yourself why the value dropped like a rock .
