El cheapo mats from Walmart. Bath mat for the bunk. A small wisk broom for dirt and any all purpose cleaner to clean your floors.

    TGUNKEL Thanks this.

Or go to the junk yard and get some mats from some old cars/trucks and cut to fit. They shouldn't cost much if anything. May need washed.

I use dish soap and water in a spray bottle and a nail brush. Just a couple drops of dish soap is enough. I like it because it doesn't leave any residue behind, nothing to make it "look" clean and collect dust. If it still looks dirty, it is still dirty.

I picked up a cordless brush vac, whisk broom and mini dustpan, and I'll use a scrub brush with any generic cleaner in the spring to clean up the salt residue. "Totally Awesome" works pretty well, available at dollar stores.
But, mostly I just keep the floor swept.
