this dork was sitting in the left lane stalking big G which caused the motorists to pass the semi trucks on the right and make unsafe lane changes to get to the left lane
he is the worse violator in this video .
maybe the statute of limitations is not up and Big could get another charge for him
hope they taught him some manners up at the jail houseLast edited: Jan 14, 2017

Hey tow614 can you tell me how a ESOP works? How is it formed? How are shares distributed? How are shares paid off at retirement? How does vesting work? For Big G what % of the shares are owned by the non majority owner? What % of shares did the majority owner retain? Have you ever seen the summary plan document?

Thanks for the info. Really appreciate you and the others answering all these questions.tow614 Thanks this.

To be honest this is a subject that i have not cared to research at this point.
It had no berring on my decision to come to Big G at all. In fact at this time i consider it a nice gratuity. It doesn't cost me anything and it is free money.
When i get closer to retirement in six years i will probably look into it further.
My reason for this is during the 80's i worked 9 years for a coal company in eastern Kentucky who had a company paid retirement plan that the employees did not put money into. When i left i was fully vested and was told i would receive around $500 monthly when i retired. However a couple of years later the mine files bankruptcy and 10 years after that i get a letter from the bankruptcy court informing me that i now have a choice of receiving $50.00 a month when i retire or a lump sum of $5,000 paid immediately. I took the cash.
When i retire if there is money from the esop which requires 3 years to be vested and i receive it great but at this point i am not planning my retirement around it nor should you or anyone else.
Just curious...the type of details you are requesting reminds me of someone else who used to be on here...
