Walmart here I come!

It took me 29 min out of 30 to do my pre-trip, if it was attached to the truck I touched it said what it was and said it looked secure, not broken, tore, and damaged. You will be doing the pre-trip on a newer truck, make sure you check all fluids and make sure the caps are tight. Only thing I forgot was to honk the d@$! City horn, and realized it when I honked to back in a spot. Watch the youtube video, the long one, it will definitely help and give a refresher.

In Buckeye, all of the trucks can idle. Well, at least since CA decided to make all of the existing APU's illegal over there. So, instead of a tiny diesel engine running all night, the big one does, when you are stuck overnight there. Stupidity reigns supreme.

 

No matter how hot or cold it is the 2 trucks in my program that I use only run for 3 mintues. I tryed idle my truck the other night when it was 15 degrees. No matter what tricks I tryed she would just cut off. This apu stuff is all new to me.
