Try to join a credit union then borrow the money to pay to loan. Your new company may be affialiated with a credit union. Credit unions are easy to deal with.

Unless it's written into the contract they can't FORCE you to pay them $200 /week.
You can suggest a more reasonable payment option, such as 300-400 per month. Then send them that every month. Unless you're rolling in dough or you're not paying at all, they can take you to court and any judge will see that you are being reasonable.
Yes, like others say, pay your debts. But you don't have to put up with unreasonable payments unless they were stated in the contract. You simply have to make a reasonable effort to pay.

Trucking companies usually sell the debt for pennies on the dollar to a collection agency.

If 200 a week repayment is not in the contract Stop worrying about it. Agree to a reasonable payment plan and move on with life. Thousands of swift drivers have left that contract early you can bet on that -
Remember this, "It isn't your fault that someone trusted you."
Do whatever you want to. You are free to default on the loan, and they are free to turn you over to collections. Adults live with their choices. They don't always make the best ones.scottied67, Dye Guardian, alghazi and 1 other person Thank this.
