If they change the contract/ operating agreement can't you just walk away without any negative consequences. And get your maintenance account and deposit back. They changed it.

 

You don't need cargo anymore for active authority ... But brokers/ direct customers won't load you without it....

It's not a "contract", it's an "operating agreement"...
