    That's the way it is now. Two lanes in the tunnel. One lane for each direction. Unless you're referring to the bridge part and not the tunnel.

    102" wide trailers are prohibited from using the I -895 (Harbor Tunnel) tunnel.

    Its ok, the trailer was 101" wide by the time he exited the tunnel.
