    it seems most drivers at landstar dont run off the loadboard, they say its better to form relationships with brokers, so the question is as far as self dispatching whats the difference if u have an agent calling you at landstar telling you what loads he has available, or you are over at mercer where someone calls with whats available according to your preferences.

    oh i thought they dispatched you but you let them know your preferences and someone calls u with whats available. and theres a guy on utube who said thats how he does it. im not too familier with mercer,

    Well you get a cordnator that can do that. But you also can look at our load bored.

    How is it going at Mercer? I'm looking to make a switch? I'm debating on going all in on my own or signing with Mercer, Schneider, or Landstar? I like the programs you have more control over.

    Read the 1800 plus pages of the Mercer post. So my question since Mercer is now doing the lease purchase trucks has that affected guys who are not l/p profit?
