it seems most drivers at landstar dont run off the loadboard, they say its better to form relationships with brokers, so the question is as far as self dispatching whats the difference if u have an agent calling you at landstar telling you what loads he has available, or you are over at mercer where someone calls with whats available according to your preferences.
