Road King Shocks a rip off!!

    I believe that TRP is Paccar's brand. I bought Gabriel Adjustable E from Autozone, and they were in TRP packaging.

    Talljoe is right. If you combined a Bose seat with the Road King shocks you might fall asleep while driving the ride would be so smooth. At least according to the brochures...

    I think Gabriel are OEM for my KW. They're always priced competitive and in stock so they're what goes under the sleeper cab but I get Monroe for the. TRP stuff seems OK I use a lot of it. I got balanced "TRP" made in the USA brake drums for $62.50 each from MHC Chattanooga. I believe they are Gunite but will have to look to be sure. Some of the TRP electronics are Chinese though. My starter solinoid was.

    No,no, no, no Drivers! You just get two sets so that when one set is being rebuilt you can keep rolling, when they need rebuilt put the other ones on and send the second set in.......cmon man, dig your head outta the sand.

    So are you recommending Road King shocks, or simply recommending basic shocks and rebuild the ones I take off the truck?
