I wish I could be doing this every day.
It sure beats dragging a reefer around a 250 mile circle in the middle of the night.

They like that vintage equipment down there, for the same reasons a lot of us like older trucks and equipment....
Cutting torch, Welder, and a lathe and anything on it can be fixed!!!!!
My cousin sold his old D6 Cat and an HD4 Allis to a guy down there. He sends his righthand man up for a month once a year or year and half to buy iron and they put it in containers and ship it!! Some is to run some is for parts. At the time I believe that they either couldn't import new or the import tax was as much as the machine, but on used it was next to nothing, so between parts and taxes and knowledge they just keep the old stuff rollin... Forget the country, he was a good #### though, amazing the similarities of people even in different countries, cultures..

Im 21 years old with my CDL all endorsements except the passenger one idk what company to join a part of me wants to do reefer the other part wants to do flatbed/stepdeck which would optimally lead to me wanting to do heavy haul but im so young and switching one what i want to do lol

Lots of others can point you better than me.
But if I was wanting to pull the big stuff someday and was starting from scratch.
I'd look for a local construction/pipeline/cable laying type outfit.
One big enough to be moving equipment lots of places but small enough that the owner is involved with the day to day operations.
And plan on driving dump trucks / roll offs ect. The secret is to be willing and able to do anything.
Run equipment, Changing tires , fixing trucks and equipment , washing and helping the other drivers and in turn learning the ropes. If the boss knows your a good hand sooner or later you'll get your chance.
Do yourself and all of us a favor and stay away from the bottom feeding "entry level" long haul carriers.
They will just hurt you and continue to harm our entire industry.

No I don't feel bad for you because my load I have on now looks similar except on two trailers and the sides don't look as good because there's 8 feet of tarp hiding in there.

Unfortunately because my phone has an issue with the cold I didn't grab a picture of this one!

Speaking of KFC, they have them here in Thailand. Now 2 days ago my wife said they are getting out of Thailand. She said they had 250 outlets here. I know there are 2 here by the house, almost across the road from each other. I really don't care for them here let alone the States.
The chickens here are smaller. And the mix of all those secret spices got lost in the translation lol

This right here is why I can't really travel outside the US/Canada. I'm way too picky when it comes to food. At least here if nothing else I can always fall back on processed fast food industry to keep me alive.

Got you covered. McDonald's Burger King Pizza Hut Kispry Creme and Dunkin Doughnuts are here. Then there is a Sizzler in Pattaya. Oh Subway also in Bangkok. Thank goodness they are not here where we live. Gotta drive about 20 mins to them. Oh if you live in the city, they have delivery service for all of the above. Lol
