I just got logged in... you have available about 4gb if you have not loaded other apps. You can redirect the saving of the files to an external SD Card. Open the Dash Cam App and in the upper right click on the "gear". These are the settings for the Dash Cam.

Update - if after the update for the Tablet you no longer see prior year mileage/fuel I "loaned" one from a user and found the issue. It is a simple fix, but we will have to "grab" your "current" Truck.db and fuel.db and I can convert those for you and send you the spreadsheets for your use.

Thanks to Scott W. for the use of his T80. Without it I would be floundering still on this. I simply could not duplicate locally.

It would require me to remote to your Tablet and put an updated file on the tablet.

    Thanks,
    Mark

OK so I followed the steps you sent me and did the download but every time I go to open the GPS it fails to open. I did the validate my configuration and it says I'm missing files

Good afternoon, Mark. I just created an account here to post my issue and what I did to attempt to resolve such issue.

Issue: Randy McNally TND80 First Edition tablet keeps prompting no legal route found post update.

What I Did: At first, I have received an Email from RM stating there is an update for my TND. So, I updated it on the road (in a Pilot, forgetting their Wifi is somewhat low quality). The TND was usable, but some major routes were denoted in dashed line and will not route, and that ONLY happened in IN and IL, no other states. Thinking the Pilot Wifi might be the culprit, at first I did a factory reset, which restored everything to pre-update. Then I followed your procedures posted in Post 399, then now it keeps saying no legal route found despite I know such routes are available.

I tried your procedures again in one of our company's terminals, and same thing happened.

Can you shed some light on this?

Thank you for your time and tireless effort. I appreciate it.

    Le

Factory reset will not resolve this. You probably downloaded the maps on a less than High Speed Network and probably have gotten a few corrupted map files.

    Do this.

    1. Main Screen - Hit the 9 dots in the upper right.
    2. Apps - Tap on File Manager.
    3. Bottom right tap on the 3 dots.
    4. Tap on settings.
    5. 2nd line down, tap on show hidden files and folders.
    6. Hit back button on bottom left.
    7. Upper left - You should see a folder called "SD Card."
    8. Tap on this folder.
    9. Tap on .Navi.
    10. You should see a file called "navi_version.txt."
    11. Long Press on this file.
    12. You should see a pop up, tap on Delete File.
    13. Tap on Delete on next Pop up.
    14. Bottom Left press the back arrow 4 times. You should be back on APPS.

Swipe on upper left and you should now see updates available..

if not, find the RM Launcher app, bottom right 3 dots tap on, then press on check for updates.

Try the above... if still issues I can help you later this afternoon. I am on EST.
