Whats better now car carrier or flatbed buissnes

    I'm a young guy trying to buy a truck but i think between car carriers truck and flatbed what's better now??? Can you guy's give me a ideas??? I have 2007 volvo Cummins isx 400 with 7 car Cottrell which i want sell. I looked around to buy 10 car carrier have to spend 100.000 to 150.000 for used one . Many people saying flatbed is more worth money???

    flat bed trailers are really cheap. not even close to 100k... id say buying a new one for that price is ridiculous but I don't know the car hauling business

    That price is for a used trucks new one cost around 300k

    I'm sure it is just like any other segment in trucking. If you know what you are doing and have the business connections and a decent idea of how to spend less than you earn as well as what the current market conditions are for what you want to accomplish; you will do ok. If you have a good handle on all that your chances of success are significantly lower if you don't have a mentor to guide you. Some guys make money with dry vans, others with reefers, the flat bed guys say all us reefer haulers don't have a clue how to make money, the cattle pot guys same thing ... Of course the heavy haul guys make the most of us all but look how long it takes them to move a super load... round and round it goes. Do what makes sense for your operating area and the experience you already have.

    Yes you write but some times you getting tired of what you do and then you think 2 meaby change 4 something new ...

    Many people saying flatbeds are much more cheap maintained and making not bad money ?
