Driving big trucks isn't like driving a 26ft straight truck. Lot more things going on. Highly doubt anyone would hire you with a recent pot charge. But I'm sure there are several out there that will take you, just not the best companies

 

That may cause you a delay in your goal of getting work with a cdl. You can call a few companies to get an idea from them. You could still apply to get your cdl but if you can't get employed it does you no good. I would definitely get the information I need so you can move forward.
