If a issue on chassis is found when returning it to the RR and they charge your company does that get taken out of your settlements?

Hourly container gig aint bad. Home every day, no touch.

Just gotta a find the right company that will pay you and give you good benefits.

Don't take advantage of the fact that its hourly, and dispatch will become your best friend.

Pulling containers requires PATIENCE, more than anything else. I also don't plan on doing this long term (flatbed is my primary choice), but for now, containers fit the bill $$$ wise and family wise.....from what I've seen OTR is simply not paying a premium to justify it.....

LTL carriers seem to be a great option for company work, If I ever sell the truck, I would also consider it.....

PS......4noReason, you bought a DEF truck aganst most of the advice on this site...., but even then, understand, these trucks break almost once a month (as a company driver, I drove brand new Freightshakers, Petes and Kw's......they all broke down more than the older trucks ( and repairs are WAY more expensive).....WHY do you think so many companies (including Schneider) buy gliders.....i
