I still cant believe you actually admitted that a radio tuned by Kelly sounded good, I know that must of been hard to do.

 

The technicians that say the three digit Galaxy radios are garbage are the same guys that thInk you need a thousand watts to talk 10 miles.
Just because they put out the legal power limit doesn't make them junk.

 

I always gotta be honest whenever possible and I always try to keep things in the proper perspective.

 

You know Im just messing with you, its the weekend. Speaking of techs, I talked to a driver yesterday , commenting on his cascadia setup, and he purchased, from Bobs cb, predator 10k with 27 inch shaft, stanliss steel bracket and mount, coax, and a connex 3400 all for $350.00, I thought that was pretty good and he sounded #### good too.

 

They just want to sell the 10 meter/ export radios, Im sure higher markup and greater profit.

 

I occasionally do bump into those folks but it's not very consistent so I don't publicize it

Well it's always what the person wants and what the person likes... it's their $$$$$ they will do what they think will make them happy....
