It was a Target in a small town. He didn't need to know a day and a time. He could sit there and hit 3-4 trucks per day and do nothing but that. To answer your question though, I don't expect you to believe anything at all except that a cop wrote a ticket for a Swift driver going the wrong way down a one way street.

If you can't suspend disbelief for that, not sure I can help you lol

I believe swift got the ticket. No problem with that. I don't believe the cop was sitting their waiting for a truck to give a ticket to. And now that i know it's a target store, i know that it was completely unnecessary to go the wrong way down a one way to get to that dock. That may have been the easy way, but it wasn't the only way.

Both he and the people at target said it happens almost daily someone getting a ticket there. When my trainer was doing dedicated Target there were actually a few docks that required pulling into the street to get into the dock. It's not all wide open spaces and ####. It's several trucks delivering bread and beer, and why not leave a shipping container or two, a bus stop, a few signs and a dude high as #### on God knows what kicking over shopping carts.

That was the only way in. Promise you that. I'd back in the same way with the experience I have now.

So your saying the dock was off a one way deadend street? And it is physically impossible to come the right way down the one way street?

The right way down the one way street is no trucks over 6000gvw on the street that you have to make a right on to get into that one. And even if I did want to risk that fine, I didn't want to risk that turn and hit something while I'm on a restricted access street.

Not exactly an inviting place. I refused the load the next time they tried to send us there.

Swift reports false information to Driver Facts that can disrupt employment with a new company and has issues with payroll and accurately paying drivers. Avoid the company all together as the company does not pay accurately, then, reports false negative information after a Driver leaves the company.

Got any proof of this? Didn't think so.
There is a lot wrong with Swift. Payroll and libel laws are not ones though.
Swift is simply too big to mess with payroll. They pay exactly what they promised, not one cent more though, They also report what happened to DAC. Again/ they have too much to lose.

Are they 100%, 100% of the time? Of course not, but given a call I'm willing to bet whatever the issue is, it's fixed in a timely manner.

I guess my point is, there is enough wrong with Swift to need to make something up, and making stuff up just makes it seem like it's all made up.
