Stay out of the ditch and try to kill the clock daily. You'll do just fine using Werner as a starter company, then you can move along to a company that doesn't give a rats ### about DAC - only your MVR.Ooops and crazybread Thank this. -

Seriously tho, they're generally smaller outfits that don't have a completely tarnished reputation predicated upon dangerous, unfit drivers or inane company policies (or both). Most OTR carriers have said tarnished reputations... All mega OTR carriers have said tarnished reputation. -
If you're not inOmaha there's a good chance you'll be sharing your room. When they assign you videos watch them and complete the test. Otherwise you'll find yourself on hold until you get them done.

good luck, everybody has to start somewhere. bring a good attitude, work hard, patience, patience, patience.
impatience, being in a hurry, not thinking through any given situation, that's what will get you in trouble. I never worked for werner, but all those trucks they must have drivers who have stayed for a reason, maybe youll fit with them. if not, keep your nose clean, get a year and move on. -
crazybread Thanks this.
