do truckers use special gloves to prevent hand fatigue?

Idle hands cause problems. You always want them moving around the wheel, changing position. It's when you hold them in the same place for hours at a time, that will cause problems.

 

Fingerless gloves and a chain driven wallet!

 

I've seen a few new guys wearing soft leather gloves while driving. I'm not sure why, but it's alway a brand new driver.

 

I use gauntlets.

 

I use oven mitts.

 

Ever hear to term "white knuckle". Use your palms when you can, not your fingers. Which remindes me.

I wear chemical resistant elbow length gloves

 

I might too if I had to slip seat with some of the drivers I've met.
