Do they require recent experience? I ran OTR in 2013 but got off the road. Got depression and home sick. Ran 6 months clean and been doing CDL yard work ever since. For six months , last year, I worked for transforce that was requiring us to leave the yard to pick up trailers ten minutes away so I dunno if that'll count for #### lol. Not the safest thing to do in a yard truck but Steelcase didn't give a crap.

I'm guessing this means they run 24/7 unlike the intermodal companies(i.e. BEST Transport). I'm curious how much their regional guys bring in.
-
Are you talking Best Transport out of NJ??

It was a good company equipped with those beautiful blue KWs when that old man was still alive. But his son had to be stupid enough to sell off the company to A&S and have idiots behind the wheel who only drive with autos. My 04 T600 is an ex-Kinards truck. Well speced truck.
Infosaur Thanks this. -
Yup. Supposedly they're getting a yard in Mount Pocono. Supposedly. But, if they do, I'm thinking of signing up if i don't already get a new job. Heard a few drivers were going to jump ship if they left Scranton/Throop, but looks like BEST wants to be closer to the companies it has accounts with in PA. Everything is up in the air. -
They were good when kinard owned them.they want to pay 17-18 per hour straight pay no thanks!

Yeah I just resigned from them couple guys live in Tobyhanna and surrounding areas who drive for them currently.
